1. About us

This store is operated by Magnetica (Mary Magnetica), 2 King Street, Wilberforce NSW 2756, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy also form part of these Terms.

2. Products and pricing

We aim to describe and show our products accurately, but colours, sizes and natural materials (such as crystals and amber) may vary slightly. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already placed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.

4. Shipping

Physical products are shipped by our fulfilment partners. Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy and at checkout.

5. Digital products

When you buy a digital product (such as an ebook, workbook or course), you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own personal use. Unless a product clearly says otherwise, you may not copy, share, resell, upload or distribute it, or present it as your own.

Magnetic Money Academy resell rights apply only through the official affiliate or resell link we provide, and only on the terms supplied with that program. They don't give you the right to copy or resell the files themselves.

6. Educational and wellbeing content

Our books, courses and workbooks are for education and personal development only. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal or tax advice. We don't guarantee any particular income, results or outcomes, and your results depend on your own effort and circumstances.

Our skincare, oils, crystals and jewellery are not medical devices or treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Patch test skincare and oils before use, and keep small items away from young children.

7. Intellectual property

All content in our store, including text, images, logos, books, courses and designs, belongs to us or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not use it without our written permission.

8. Your use of our store

You agree not to misuse our store, including by attempting to interfere with it, buying for fraudulent purposes, or breaching these Terms.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our store or products. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to resupplying the product or refunding the price you paid.

10. Third-party links and suppliers

Some products are supplied and shipped by third-party partners, and our store may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our store at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
