Magnetica is preparing shipping for Australian customers. Final delivery estimates, shipping charges and available destinations will be confirmed before the store launches.
Supplier-direct delivery
Some products are dispatched directly by our approved supply partners. Orders containing items from more than one partner may arrive in separate parcels.
Processing and delivery estimates
Estimated processing and delivery times will be displayed on each product page or at checkout when available. These are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, carrier delays or regional delivery conditions.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Tracking information may take time to update after dispatch.
Delivery addresses
Please check your name, address, postcode and contact details carefully before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is required. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
Missing or delayed parcels
If a parcel has not arrived within the communicated delivery estimate, please contact Magnetica through the Contact page with your order number so the delivery can be investigated.
